Edinburgh Central & Southern Online Hustings 2021
An online hustings event was held before the 2021 Holyrood Election for local candidates for Edinburgh Central & Southern. This was jointly organised by ourselves, Merchiston CC, St Martins and GDS Church.

Community Christmas Celebrations in Gorgie Dalry 2020
Sadly due to the current restrictions, Gorgie Dalry Community Council are unable to host our traditional community Christmas party at White Park with Gorgie Dalry Stenhouse Church, Tynecastle High School, Dalry Primary School, and the Edinburgh Lions Club. However, here is a list of several virtual and community-based activities planned to spread some festive cheer during the advent season, and to mark the year that has passed.
Gorgie Dalry Christmas Lights Switch On 2019
The Christmas lights will be switched on at White Park this Sunday 8th December 2019 from 6pm. There will be:
- a visit from Santa with a gift for every child
- prize for the best dressed shop window
- Dalry Primary School Choir
- carol singing
- Tynecastle Youth Community Pipe Band
- lights switch on
- mince pies and mulled wine served after in GDS church across the road (also backup venue if raining)
